The 2026 Infra for Africa Forum and Africa50 General Shareholders Meeting (GSM) will be hosted by the United Republic of Tanzania. This was announced at the end of the Africa50 General Sharedholders Meeting on 13th August, 2025.
Building on the momentum of this year’s Africa50 GSM, Africa50 remains committed to mobilizing capital, scaling partnerships, and accelerating infrastructure delivery across the continent.
Dr. Natu El-Maamry Mwamba, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Tanzania said, “On behalf of H.E. Samia Suluhu Hassan, we are delighted to welcome the Africa50 GSM to Tanzania next year. We look forward to showcasing our nation’s dynamic investment potential, highlighting the bold steps we are taking to invest infrastructure, expand connectivity, and attract long-term investment. We are also looking forward to working closely with Africa50 and its partners to accelerate the delivery infrastructure projects within our priority sectors. We look forward to welcoming you to Tanzania in 2026."
